Silver arrowhead bolo tie with Blue Gem Turquoise inlay is authentic Native American handmade of sterling silver by renowned Navajo silversmith Sam Gray.  Blue Gem Turquoise from Nevada is hand-carved and inlaid into handmade, heavy gauge sterling silver arrowhead bolo with sterling silver channels between the stones.  Turquoise inlay is framed with a handmade bezel and the bolo is polished to a shine.  Bolo is strung on a hand-woven 8 ply leather tie with an open weave in the back. Sam Gray bolo features handmade clasp on the back and heavy gauge handmade silver bolo tips and accents.

  • Signed by the artist. Certificate of Authenticity and picture of the artist included.
  • Dimensions: 2 1/2" x 1 7/8";  handmade sterling silver tips measure 2 1/4" long and the accents measure 1 1/4" long.
  • Length: 8 ply leather tie is 48" and has a comfortable open weave on the back so it lies nicely under the collar.
  • Weight: 132 grams/4.65 ounces
  • Sterling Silver
  • Blue Gem Turquoise:  According to the artist, the turquoise is from the Blue Gem Turquoise Mine in Nevada.  It is sometimes difficult to capture the exact color of the turquoise as the stones vary in different light and appearance changes from one computer monitor to another. This turquoise in this handmade silver bolo is beautiful turquoise-blue with very little matrix.
  • Hand-woven 8 ply leather tie
  • Made in the U.S.A.

Sam Gray was born in 1964.  His father was from the Zuni Pueblo and his mother was Navajo.  He is known for his use of heavy gauge sterling silver and quality stones.  Sam Gray has been providing beautiful earrings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, buckles and bolo ties to redrocktrading.com since the late 1990’s.
