JC BLACK PAINTINGS

We have been selling JC Black’s original paintings in our stores since 1999. JC Black is a self-taught Navajo painter who lives on the Navajo reservation not too far from Four Corners Monument. He is a very versatile artist with extraordinary attention to detail. JC Black paintings range from traditional Hopi Katsinas, Zuni Shalakos and Indian Warriors on horseback to the more whimsical 1950’s pickup trucks with the reservation backdrop.
